Furthermore, the study indicates that achievement motivation significantly influences this relationship, acting as a catalyst that drives nurses to engage more deeply with their learning materials. Additionally, the state of flow, characterized by complete immersion and focus, also plays a crucial role in enhancing learning engagement.
